In the past I have received so many enquiries about performing shows for care home residents.
Sadly up until 2023 I had not been able to take on such bookings as I did not have a theatre suitable for fast indoor use.
All my theatres were large weatherproof ones that took a long time to set up and dismantle as they are intended for a full days use outside.
But to facilitate easier set ups in Schools, I have built a super fast theatre.
This show is also ideal for use in Care Homes : So now I am actively seeking bookings in Care Homes & Nursing Homes.
The Indoor Theatre was built for School Halls.
It will fit inside regular houses, so long as the ceilings are high.
Your ceiling needs to be a minimum of
250cms. (or 8 ft 2 inches).
My Show wont be suitable for every venue.
Please measure your ceiling to be sure, and also send a photo of the space where you intend to have the show.

After the show I tell everyone a bit about the History and Traditions of Punch and Judy. Explaining how Joey the Clown and the Crocodile are quite recent additions to a show that is 362 years old.
And I take questions from the residents and staff.
Also, I ask them what they remember from seeing Punch Shows in the past. This will often spark wonderful stories of seeing shows at the seaside as a child. Memories sometimes buried for decades.

But all other Half-Term and Easter Holidays are a good time to have show because families and children can come along too.
When other generations are present, your residents will get great pleasure from watching the children enjoying the show.
But it is not necessary, we will still have a great time even without younger family present.
Weekends are when I perform at Fetes and Fairs and big corporate events outdoors.
To get a bargain price, yours needs to be an indoor gathering Monday to Friday.

Show at about 11am.
At the end of a Coffee Morning gathering, ending before Lunchtime.
Show anytime from right after Lunch to mid afternoon at teatime : it's your choice.
